This policy explains when refunds do and don't apply. It works alongside our Terms of Service and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which always apply.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee pays for building and publishing your website — work that begins as soon as you order. Because of this:

Nothing in this policy excludes the consumer guarantees in the ACL. If our service has a major problem — for example it isn't delivered as described or isn't fit for purpose — you may be entitled to a refund, re-supply, or other remedy under the law. Change-of-mind after a service has been properly delivered is not covered by the ACL, which is why the setup fee is non-refundable once work is done.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email hello@primesparkit.com.au with your business name and the email used on your order. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your website while the dispute is investigated.
